Lady Vox Slain - Tribunal Server 12:30 PM

While many await anxiously and gather power in an attempt to take on the current High-Powered Dragons within the depths of Veeshan's Peaks, many of the citizens of Norrath remember that there are still two other Dragons out there that need to die, and as often as possible. That is why the Tribunal Council, an alliance of guilds on the Tribunal Server, decided that it was time for us to tackle the Self-styled Queen of the Northern Regions, Lady Vox.

The adventurers assembled and after clearing Vox's lair we moved in to begin preparations. The instructions were given and parties were formed. And then, the attack call was sounded! In a furious battle that lasted a mere two minutes but which seemed like an eternity, we felled the beast. Vox attempted to delay her death with the beginning of a Complete Heal but the combined might of the parties and the power of the Magicks we wielded were just too much. Her spell was interrupted, and then she fell.

People who participated were: Horammer, Shermann, Nives, Phisst, Gandain,

Snoop, Sanain, Ancil, Baguk, Sholto, Bladewind, Elfesse, Kaizo, Kalaz,

Splintercat, Lauvien, Raidian, Aindaen, Locyta, Brisance, Phunkbass, Qanamar,

Cyanide, Chaox, Lyphe, Sivad, Dini, Lile, Falaris, Galendril, Sisley, Anault,

Kaynn, and the assault was lead by me, Ignitz.

Loot was 2 Ice Comet spells. 2 Crystalline Spears, and McVaxius' Horn of

War. Winners of the loot were Ancil and Kalaz for the spears, Lauvien for the horn, and the guilds of Caretakers of Norrath and Clan Omega for the spells.

As a side note this was the first raid for Tribunal Council and it was hugely successful considering some of the horror stories I have heard surrounding Vox Raids. It was also my first time leading a Raid of this magnitude and I have to say everyone did a fantastic job. Thanks!

Karana Player Event

1:00 PM

The Council of Guilds on the Karana server is having a meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 11, at 8 pm Central time. We will gather in the Lake Rathe Arena, outside the PvP area, and the meeting should begin by 8:30 pm. Any member guilds, as well as any guild leader is invited to attend, and bring along his/her second or another guild representative. We will be discussing the Council's planes raids and dragon raid activities, as well as another Council mixer hunt and some other events in the works.

The Karana Council of Guilds exists to further the player community on the Karana server. We try to promote communication among the guilds of Karana to help generate player-driven events, such as tournaments, storylines, fun non-hunting events, large-scale multi-guild raids, and anything else players wish to sponsor.
