DoNRaceBookDarkElf

Verant/SOE

These armor patterns are stolen copies of the designs made for Lanys T'Vyl's elite guard. It is unclear how the artisans originally came to these designs, but it is obvious that they were derived from many ancient sources. Some the patterns echo early dark elf armor crafting techniques which have been refitted with modern materials and flair. The designs are sleek, light-weight and tailored specifically to support the dark elf's lithe frame. Although it is unclear how Dosan Vis moor was able to steal these designs, his methods likely involved reckless treachery and perhaps more than a few shived ribs. It would be wise to keep your possession of these patterns a secret.

The patterns in this book can be copied many times, but eventually they will wear out and you can tell that if you use the patterns enough you will need to replace the book.

To create pattern for tailoring armor templates based on these patterns you will need this book, a large bottle of ink, a roll of plain parchment, a quill and a compacted backpack to hold the patterns you will make. You'll also need a book binding to do the work.

If you wish to use the patterns to make molds you'll need a kiln to work in as well as a high quality firing sheet, sculpting tools, a huge block of clay and a compacted backpack to hold the molds when you're done.
