A Tattered Note

There are tremendous forces of magic at work here. The portals to the Planes of Power open and close with no rhyme or reason. Strange beasts from other planes stalk the halls. Animated servants mill about with no apparent purpose while others perform pointless tasks. The new master here has limitless power but no understanding of how or why to use it. To be here for any extended period is maddening. I wish the council had never sent me. -Visx
