Day 1

Infiltration of subject group proves simple. Suggestion to master that this should be addressed. Any fool could get in here with the simplest of disguises.

Day 3

Long-term insertion into this group is only slightly complicated. They commonly use terms that appear to be nonsense. The use of these terms serves as sort of a secret language of its own and I find that I must nod or pretend not to have heard several comments or requests each day. However I shall be able to learn these terms rapidly enough, and the fools have no concern at all about the possibility of intrusion. They just assume that I am actually stupider than they are.

Day 4

I have a hint about where the information we seek might be. I shall pursue this lead, but it will be a slow process.

Day 7

I am no closer to the source, but I am certain that what we seek lies here. If I could only begin killing these librarians I would have what I need in hours instead of days.
