Povar

Called the Veiled One, Povar is the mysterious third member of the Triumvirate of Water. They rule over Water in its gaseous state, and fittingly, Povar is as ephemeral and uncertain as mist, manifesting as neither male nor female, neither tangible nor incorporeal.

Povar has never been known to interact with mortals directly, and like the other members of the Triumvirate, they actively avoid doing so, instead using Coirnav as a shared avatar and proxy.
