Trilouns

The triloun are water mephits native to the Plane of Water. Like all mephits, they are mischievous elemental beings who act as servants and defenders of their native element. For their part, the triloun maintain a somewhat tribal existence in the Reef of Coirnav. Though they may seem irreverent, their seers possess powerful magical abilities, and their devotion to the protection of the Element of Water is as fanatical as that of any other beings of the plane.
