Recently we have seen many children of Hate in the Commonlands ending the lives of Humans they encounter. There has been no information from the Indigo Brotherhood or the Dragoon about these warriors. Because we cannot know their intent, we judge them solely on their actions and we here at the Signal have chosen to dub them missionaries.

The Freeport Militia has increased their patrols as encounters with the missionaries continue to escalate. One of our reporters overheard one a member of the Indigo Brotherhood, who shall remain nameless to prevent the embarrassment of his failure to protect his information, responding to the situation with this comment to a lower ranking colleague:

There are a lot of things being run behind the scenes. Do not concern yourself with this matter. All will be revealed soon enough. These people have their objectives and so far no doubt they will continue to meet those objectives."
