Known as the Wintry Guardian, E'ci is the second member of the Triumvirate of Water. She rules over ice, the element of water in its solid state. She is described by the gods of Power and Influence as controlling, almost tyrannical, and fanatically dedicated to maintaining the balance of her primal element against the others.
Like the other members of the Triumvirate, E'ci avoids direct interaction with mortals even when they intrude upon her plane, instead acting through their shared avatar, Coirnav.
