Dark Elven Incursion

The Dark Elves have begun a series of bold attacks against the citizens of Freeport. From their camps in Nektulos and the Commonlands, these dark menaces have attacked and killed anyone that they have come across, from merchants to members of the Freeport Guard. Little is known as to the reason for these attacks.

The Freeport Guard is increasing its presence in the area, though even they don't seem very confident that it will help. One member of the guard, who wished to remain anonymous, told us that he was more than a little frightened.

It is unclear what, if any, military action might be taken by the members of the Temple of Marr, though it seems unlikely that they will remain idle in their temple if this conflict continues for long.

We will continue to monitor this situation closely.
