It is well known now that the battle cries heard ringing through the swamp yesterday came from the throats of the heroes of the north. The Northmen suffered incredible losses at the hands of the Trolls while trying to break their siege on our city. Despite the overwhelming odds the brave Barbarians nearly managed to break through the lines before they were stopped by Warlord Ykesha, who now calls himself Grozmok.

The brave Barbarians were pushed back and destroyed by the overwhelming power of the leader of the newly renamed Clan Ykesha. Gailit Farwinter was one of the few Barbarians to actually reach Gukta alive. Before this brave shaman died, she told us:

We could not allow you to face them alone. Despite our differences, we are all children of Marr and we deserve to fight and die side by side."

This act of honor and bravery shall not be forgotten in Gukta. The sacrifice that these people made for us will not be wasted. We shall defend our city with our lives.
