Rumors about the failing health of one of the Wayfarers Brotherhood leaders, Nedaria Debeian, have drifted from the Abysmal Sea to the rest of Norrath.

Those who claim to have seen Nedaria in recent days suggest that she is near death.

Nedaria's aides, Wuria Pyskar and Parillin Shurava, claim the Erudite simply has a temporary viral illness.

She is just fine and will be back on her feet very soon," Wuria said. "We sit with her all day and tend to her needs as she gets over this sickness."

Others claim to have seen several shamans and clerics entering Nedaria's chambers and exiting with no answer or cure for the frail female.

~A Hole Lotta Fun~

It seems the latest entertainment trend is watching visitors to Paineel fall into the Hole.

I could sit here all day and watch people fall in, said Paineel resident Falaidi Daidan. Some travelers are just clueless and run around all in a hurry. You can't do that here, you can fall a long ways down."

Many residents have begun enjoying this increasingly popular form of entertainment.

I like when you hear their screams echo off the walls as they fall! Sometimes you can hear them say things like 'Helllp!' or 'Nooooooo!'" said another Paineel resident, Tyao Bannks.

Not all enjoy this new pastime however. Tilimandrus, a long time resident of Paineel and a very experienced necromancer said, "Seems like a waste of a good corpse to me."

No plans to erect a fence to prevent falling into the deep chasm have been discussed.
