~Wayfarers to Build Ship~

Wayfarers Brotherhood leader, Morden Rasp, has claimed the northwestern edge of Antonica as his shipyard.

He has named the area, Nedaria's Landing, after one of his leaders and close friends, reports say.

Sources say that the area is still being surveyed and that Rasp does have plans to hire the best and brightest shipwrights in Norrath. Get your resumes ready.

There is plenty of employment and work required for this ship which Rasp has called, "the biggest ship the world has ever seen."

~Petition for Tax Increase~

Rumors about a tax increase have been heard throughout the city of Shar Vahl.

Tax Collector Khugra did admit that he sent an annual report to King Raja Kerrath last quarter that included the current state of city coffers.

Our books remain balanced and the city is nowhere near in the red," Khugra said. "That doesn't mean that the city doesn't need improvements. Citizens have been asking for some maintenance work in the residential neighborhoods. We can't do any work if we don't have more money."

Khugra would not comment on any petition to the king to raise taxes however.

King Kerrath said there are no plans to raise taxes at this time, but did say that he will be reviewing the state of affairs in the city and determine if improvements need to be made.
