The Dark Elves of Neriak have been seen attacking Freeport guards and merchants in the Commonlands. There have been no reasons given so far for the recent outburst of attacks, but there have been several hypothesis.

One Human guard, choosing to remain nameless, that patrols the Commonlands, says that he is concerned with increasing the number of guards in the area.

They can throw any amount of us at this problem, but I don't think it's going to go away just like that. We'll just have to wait and see what those damned Dark Elves have planned."

So far everyone is equally uncertain about the reason for the recent attacks. Have there been any other recent events that would cause such an outburst? Could this be related to the loss of the Troll clan leader? We will stay on top of this matter and keep the citizens of Felwithe up to date.
