Troll Leader Killed in Neriak

Reports confirmed that the Leader of Clan Grobb, Bortar Ripkiller, was killed today at the hands of unknown assailants. The Trolls, having been granted refuge in the Foreign Quarter of Neriak after losing control of Grobb, are in a state of uproar. Reliable sources say that those responsible are still at large, as the Neriak Guards were unable to apprehend them.

Due to this event it has been difficult to gather more information about the situation; however, we have solid evidence to suggest that this will not be the last we hear of unrest amongst the trolls.

To get a perspective from an old soul who has seen much conflict over the years, we spoke with Eldin Oldtree.

Said Oldtree: "Trolls fight, it's what they were created to do. I can't tell you that Bortar's death will be a good thing, but it might be. There will certainly be more fighting among those poor beasts now that they have no leader. If I were a Troll, and thank Tunare that I am not, I might wonder if the Dark Elves had a hand in his death."
